	Sponsorship aims to improve the quality of hosting national and foreign students. For Moroccan student, sponsorship can open another culture (and possibly clarify a project of international mobility). The student, meanwhile, will have the opportunity to be guided in its administrative procedures and also in the discovery of Moroccan society and FSJESR Agdal by Moroccan students.
    

    
	Being a sponsor of a student is:
    

    
	- Give a little time, advice, answers, orientations, support...
    

    
	- Transmit an opinion, culture, vision, contacts ... short, your experience!
    

    
	- Contribute to strengthening links between old and new students
    

    
	The academic year start has held on October 15 at the FSJESR Agdal. But for a number of new entrants premises have already been visited. For two weeks, some students agreed to participate to operation of sponsoring in order to live a less stressful back and be accompanied by other former students.
    

    
	For this operation, a multitude of sponsors have responded to the call, including myself.
    

    
	Personally, it's a pleasure to help others, and give tips and steps to newcomers. Everyone was able to discover this particular world to a small group of newcomers, discoveries of different services, personalized advice and answers to many questions.

	These talents can of course be acquired at school, but also in life, in each of our personal stories, on a sports field, in a cultural or leisure activity, etc… To this end, social networks are a great opportunity because their main principle is to highlight the talents of their members, their successes, their comfort zones, more than their careers, often linear and uniform, provided by the traditional resume. It is another matter, but we believe that these tools facilitate an interview that is more open between candidate and recruiters. Candidates have access to more information and the recruiters to a variety of profiles.

	The third cycle (master level) must terminate a training that is cleverly constructed. You should not sign up for a training that does not match any of your ambitions. In what area I want to work? Does research interests me? These questions need to be asked. Your needs must be consistent with the content and the opportunities offered by this training. There is no need to introduce a multitude of third cycles if there is only a handful that interests you. The trajectory errors are a waste of time and money. The success of a third cycle is also measured by its degree of notoriety. If over time, the master had proven its need in the markets and it is recognized for its teaching quality. Similarly, the more prestigious a school is, the more the trainings are deemed and are courted by recruiters.

	A virtual national forum of employment was organized to help students establish a direct contact with the companies present in the forum. This meeting has a purpose of registering the students on the site Rekruteidays and helps him gets an appointment for an online interview with companies that fit the profile of each alumnus. This forum is a good initiative for the development of virtual recruitment in order to have direct contact between recruiters and candidates. This forum is an important opportunity to discuss with the candidates in a context other than that of a traditional maintenance and it provides an opportunity to meet other recruiters to interact with them. One of the major advantages for me is the flow of resumes that is more important than usual. This event will take place between 30 October and 1 November 2012.
