Exchange Students

A student exchange program is a program in which students from a secondary school or university study abroad at one of their institution's partner institutions. Student exchange programs may involve international travel, but does not necessarily require the student to study outside of their home country.  An exchange student typically stays in the host country for a period of 6 to 10 months. International students or those on study abroad programs may stay in the host country for several years. Some exchange programs offer academic credit.

About the accommodation, students have various possibilities and are offered decent places for housing and hosting. A university student involved in an exchange program can choose to live on campus or off campus. Living off campus is a popular choice, because students are more independent and learn more about the new culture when they are on their own. Every students which comes from a different part of the world, as a piece of this activity, has a lot of chance to learn about the domestic culture and lifestyle of the housing country, as well, spreading the culture and lifestyle of it’s own country trough communication with the natives.

Being a part of such a program, brings the students into a new, higher level od educative and personal experience, improving it’s skills on both individual and collective aspect.
